Job summary

NoBroker.com is seeking a Sales Expert L-1 to join our pan-India remote sales team. You will identify prospects, reach out, and build relationships to drive revenue over phone and online channels.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience, strong verbal and written communication, and comfort with MS-Office. 6 days work, day shift, login window 8 AM–10 PM; training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: Any 10th/12th and Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates (0–2 years exp).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal, numerical and analytical ability.
• Decision making skills.
• Language required: English, Hindi, Kannada OR English, Hindi, OR English, Kannada, Tamil.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and sales opportunities.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships.
• Outbound calling from lead data and follow-ups on leads.
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
• About Training- Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee.

Salary Range: 12,000-14000 (inhand) +2,000(net allowance ) + incentives
