Join to apply for the Sales Executives, Strategic Accounts role at Growthspace.

Growthspace, an innovative SaaS startup, is seeking a Sales Executive, Strategic Accounts responsible for identifying and securing new business from Enterprise and Fortune 1000 accounts. This role is fully remote, with domestic travel up to 20%, reporting directly to the Vice President, Strategic Account Sales.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Proactively generate leads and develop new business, focusing on Enterprise and Fortune 1,000 clients (20,000+ employees).
  2. Collaborate closely with Marketing and SDR teams to ensure high conversion from MQL to SQL and improve marketing effectiveness.
  3. Maintain a network of referral partners and brand ambassadors to expand the deal pipeline.
  4. Understand the roles of key stakeholders such as CLO, CHRO, L&D Leader, OD Leader, OE Leader, etc.
  5. Stay informed about trends in L&D, talent development, and HR technology.
  6. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and handover to Customer Success Teams.
  7. Present and demonstrate Growthspace’s value proposition through verbal presentations, tailored proposals, and platform demos.
  8. Work with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements:
  1. 5-10 years of relevant experience in technology sales or account management.
  2. Experience in an SDR/BDR role is preferred; promotion from SDR/BDR to Enterprise Sales Executive is a plus.
  3. Recognition of achievements such as President’s Club.
  4. Proven success as a hunter and consultative seller, ideally in HR tech or L&D.
  5. Understanding of the HR and L&D space is preferred; eagerness to learn is essential.
  6. Strong collaborative selling skills and openness to new communication and sales methods.
  7. Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  8. University degree or equivalent experience.
  9. Team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated.
