Job summary

People Connect Staffing is seeking a high-energy Sales Executive in the United States to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. This role targets new client acquisition with the freedom to hunt opportunities nationwide.

The position offers a base salary of $85K plus uncapped commissions, with an on-target earnings benchmark well over $200K. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, retirement plan with company match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Must have experience selling PEO services (HR, payroll, benefits, onboarding, worker's compensation, risk management).
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, drive revenue, and exceed sales targets.
• You are a problem-solver - working to find solutions.

Responsibilities

Salary: $85K base + uncapped commissions (OTE >200K)

Our client is an established and fast growing PEO looking for a true hunter to aggressively grow their territory. This is an opportunity to own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals - you lead and own the process. This is all about new client acquisition.
