Job summary

People Connect Staffing is seeking a Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This role targets new client acquisition in a nationwide landscape, with a base salary of $85K and uncapped commissions driving an OTE well above $200K.

Candidates should bring at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and proven success selling PEO services, including HR, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and risk management.

Sales Executive

Salary: $85K base + uncapped commissions (OTE >200K)

Our client is an established and fast growing PEO looking for a true hunter to aggressively grow their territory. This is an opportunity to own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals - you lead and own the process. This is all about new client acquisition.

If you are a self-starter who thrives on the thrill of the chase and wants the freedom to hunt any business in the country without boundary constraints, this is your sandbox.

• You must have at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• You must have experience selling PEO services (HR, payroll, benefits, onboarding, worker's compensation, risk management)
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, drive revenue, and exceed sales targets
