Job summary

PeopleConnect Staffing in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Sales Executive to aggressively grow the territory. This role owns the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, focusing on new client acquisition.

You will be a self-starter who thrives on the chase and enjoys the freedom to pursue opportunities nationwide. Compensation includes a base salary of $85K plus uncapped commissions with OTE well over $200K.

Qualifications

• You must have at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience selling PEO services (HR, payroll, benefits, onboarding, worker's compensation, risk management).
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, drive revenue, and exceed sales targets.
• You are a problem-solver – working to find solutions.
