Job summary

RS Group LLC is seeking a Sales Executive in Chamblee, GA to prospect shippers and grow a personal book of business in freight and logistics. This on-site role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive training.

You will join a fast-growing team, with opportunities to access larger accounts as part of our flagship office. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site only. W2 employment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of sales experience (outbound, inside sales, or business development).
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling rejection.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable.
• Motivated by performance-based income and long-term career growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipping customers through high-volume outbound calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
• Identify and manage truckload (FTL), LTL, drayage, and other logistics opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and close new business.
• Grow and manage your own book of business.
• Partner with the operations team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team success.
