What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new groups within the Blue Plan market
- Lead the pharmacy sales process including RFPs, contract negotiations, and follow-up meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate pipeline status and sales reporting in CRM
- Educate client sales and account management teams on industry trends and product developments
- Execute quarterly Go-to-Market meetings with assigned plans to review results and market recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 10 years of related work experience in PBM or similar organizations
- 5 years of PBM or related sales experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA
- 4 years of experience gaining implementation leadership within a PBM organization
- Experience selling to ASO Employer Groups
