Sales Executive - Remote in TX or OK
The Sales Executive develops and executes sales and marketing strategies to attract new groups within the Blue Plan market to attain member growth. This position leads the pharmacy sales process including the RFP process, contract negotiations, site visits and follow up meetings.
The clients for this position are in Texas and Oklahoma, preference to someone that lives in either state.
Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
10 years of related work experience gaining operational knowledge of PBM organizations
5 years of PBM or related sales experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Working knowledge of managed care organizations
Exceptional ability to evaluate and create opportunities, develop effective selling messages, presentations and proposals
Excellent communication, internal and external relationship development skills
Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
MBA
4 years of experience gaining implementation leadership within a PBM organization
Experience selling to ASO Employer Groups
