$130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

A leading Managed IT Service Provider in Rome, GA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales/Account Executive to join our team. We specialize in delivering reliable, innovative IT solutions to ensure our clients' infrastructures are secure, efficient, and future-ready. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with a strong background in selling IT services and products, coupled with technical expertise to understand and address client needs effectively.

  • Location: Open to candidates based anywhere in the Atlanta metropolitan area. This position is mainly remote.
  • Must: You must be local to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
  • Must have recent experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning tailored IT solutions with client needs.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and technical assessments for customized proposals.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless project delivery and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve sales revenue goals and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Acquire new clients and retain existing ones with high satisfaction ratings.
  • Convert a high percentage of proposals into sales.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and effectively collaborate with technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Must have recent experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
  • 3 + years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and skilled in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Base Salary: $75K and uncapped commissions.
  • Commission Structure: Lucrative long-term commission plan, designed to ensure high earnings through both initial sales and ongoing client relationships.
  • Benefits: Medical coverage 100% covered after 90 days, dental and vision, SIP IRA with company contributions regardless of employee input.
