The ideal candidate NTT DATA is seeking has 12+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space and strong relationships in the Healthcare industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales, technology, and/or professional services sales is required. Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering insights, solutions, and outcomes that matter most, is essential. We deliver tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud, and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of applications, infrastructure, cloud, AI, and business process services. This is primarily a hunter-type sales role focused on generating, qualifying, and closing new business at the C-Suite decision maker level.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Sells complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions, including regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformational services, application management/support, digital workplace services, BPO, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience originating, shaping, and winning large multitower IT services deals of $25M+ TCV.
  • Successful history as a sales hunter with the ability to acquire net new logos.
  • A passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes, recognized as an industry expert in Healthcare service solutions.
  • Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Proven success in selling into large national Healthcare accounts and closing deals.
  • Requires strategic agility to influence C-level executives within client organizations.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet quotas.
  • Assess potential opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Apply deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Envision long-term business and technology directions for NTT DATA.
  • Drive service sales strategies that promote exponential growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed annual quotas of $26+ million in revenue.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and anticipate market influences.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in IT or professional services sales.
  • Minimum of 10 years selling into enterprise Healthcare clients.

The starting pay range for this remote role is $102,026-$236,172, reflecting the minimum and maximum targets across all US locations. Actual compensation depends on various factors, including location, experience, and skills. This role may also include incentive compensation.
