The ideal candidate NTT DATA is seeking has 12+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space and strong relationships in the Healthcare industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology, Digital Solutions sales, and professional services sales is required. The role involves delivering insights, solutions, and outcomes that matter most, combining deep industry expertise with innovations in digital, cloud, and automation across applications, infrastructure, cloud, AI, and business process services. This is primarily a hunter-type sales role to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Suite decision maker level.

Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Sells complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions, including regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformational services, application management/support, digital workplace services, BPO, etc.
  • Experience originating, shaping, and winning large multitower IT services deals of $25M+ TCV.
  • Proven success in a sales hunter role with the ability to acquire net new logos.
  • A passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes, recognized as an industry expert.
  • Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Skilled in selling into large national healthcare accounts and closing deals successfully.
  • Strategic agility to influence C-level executives within client organizations.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet quotas.
  • Assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
  • Apply deep understanding of business, financials, market, and client needs.
  • Understand and align with the long-term business and technology vision of NTT DATA.
  • Drive service sales strategies for exponential growth.
  • Successfully meet or exceed annual quotas of $26M+ in revenue.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market influences.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in IT or professional services sales.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience selling to enterprise healthcare clients.

Compensation for this remote role ranges from $102,026 to $236,172, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
