Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to drive business growth for our IT Staffing & Consulting services. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, relationship management, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B staffing sales, understands the IT services landscape, and can deliver consultative solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Pitch IT staffing and augmentation services to potential clients (SMBs to Enterprises).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their IT hiring needs.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure quality submissions and smooth onboarding of consultants.
  • Follow up regularly for feedback, repeat business, and referrals.

Sales Operations

  • Create proposals, presentations, and pricing quotes in alignment with delivery capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of service with clients.
  • Maintain activity logs and CRM hygiene to track lead progress and conversion.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify target accounts and key decision-makers (Hiring Managers, HR, Procurement).
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market dynamics and client expectations.

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 26 years of experience in IT staffing/consulting sales, preferably U.S. or domestic
  • Proven record of lead generation, closures, and revenue delivery
  • Experience with both contract and permanent staffing a plus

Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to sell staffing solutions based on value and ROI
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • CRM usage (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Mindset & Fit

  • High-energy, target-oriented, self-starter
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with delivery teams
  • Strong business acumen and client service mindset

Key Focus Areas While Sourcing Candidates

Prior experience in IT staffing sales (U.S. or Indian clients)
Clear understanding of IT roles, hiring cycles, and staffing models
Strong cold-calling and outbound skills
Comfortable in handling end-to-end sales cycle: lead pitch proposal closure
Demonstrated revenue achievement and ability to meet KPIs
Proficiency in CRMs and sales enablement tools
Clear and confident verbal and written communication
