Responsibilities

• Work with client’s FTEs to assist with workload in HCM.
• Create complex custom absence reports and maintain Fast Formulas for accrual calculations.
• Configure and manage accrual plans with specific policies.

Location: 100% Remote – candidates must reside in the United States

JOB SUMMARY:

With a recent transition from PeopleSoft in March, there is an extensive backlog in HCM. This contractor is needed to work with the client’s FTEs to help with the work load.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience (5+ years of experience if you have a Masters degree)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Oracle cloud Human Capital Management experience specifically with the Absence, time and labor, and payroll modules.
• Experience with OTL tables. Specifically with building custom Time Calculation rule fast formulas.
• Experience with setting up and maintaining custom payroll flow patterns.
• Experience with creating BIP data models against OTL tables.
• Create complex custom absence reports
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for accrual calculations.
• Configure and manage accrual plans with specific policies and rules.
