Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in IT, healthcare or managing enterprise PACS systems OR Associate Degree in Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT or related field plus five (5) years of experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two OR High School diploma plus seven (7) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), including monitoring system performance, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal functionality across all platforms.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of medical imaging data within the PACS by validating data transfers, correcting discrepancies, and maintaining high standards of data quality.
Execute routine maintenance, software updates, and hardware upgrades to ensure the PACS infrastructure remains current, secure, and compliant with evolving industry standards.
Work closely with radiologists, clinicians, and IT personnel to align PACS operations with clinical workflows and organizational goals, facilitating seamless integration within the broader healthcare environment.
Deliver responsive technical support to healthcare staff by troubleshooting system issues, resolving user concerns, and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency with PACS features and workflows.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system activities, support interactions, training sessions, and issue resolutions.
Prepare and present performance reports and usage analytics to inform
decision-making.
Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards related to medical imaging systems, including data privacy, security protocols, and operational best practices.
