Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team in the United States. You will source new sales opportunities via inbound leads, outbound calls, and emails while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities include managing quotes, ensuring profitable quotes across channels, and coordinating with the order entry team to ship orders accurately and on time. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if candidate has previous sales experience.
• Experience with healthcare or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
• Call, connect with, and interact with potential customers.
• Maintain and develop positive business and customer relationships.
• Manage quotes using company software and ensure quotes are profitable across channels.
• Collaborate with order entry sales team to ensure accurate, timely shipments.
• Work closely with Field Sales Rep on a daily basis.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline for forecasting.
• Communicate a consistent message using approved marketing materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
