Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team in the United States. You will source new sales opportunities via inbound leads, outbound calls, and emails while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities include managing quotes, ensuring profitable quotes across channels, and coordinating with the order entry team to ship orders accurately and on time. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if candidate has previous sales experience.
• Experience with healthcare or finance is a plus.

Job Summary:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails
• Calling, connecting, and interacting with potential customers
• Maintaining and developing positive business and customer relationships
• Managing quotes using company software and ensuring quotes are profitable using various distribution channels
• Working directly with order entry sales team to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time
• Working closely with Field Sales Rep on a daily basis
• Maintaining a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting
• Communicating a consistent message and utilizing approved marketing materials
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if candidate has previous sales experience
• Experience with healthcare or finance is a plus
• The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong phone presence
• Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
