Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Threads Retail Sales Representative to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, process transactions, and maintain the sales floor while sourcing new opportunities through calls and emails.

You will build lasting customer relationships, manage quotes, work with the order entry team to ensure accuracy and timely shipping, and maintain a robust sales pipeline for forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative in a retail environment.
• The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins.
• A friendly and engaging demeanor and the ability to present the store and its products professionally.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with purchases, process transactions, and maintain the sales floor.
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
• Maintain and develop positive business and customer relationships.
• Manage quotes using company software and ensure profitability across channels.
• Coordinate with order entry to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of customers for forecasting.
• Convey a consistent message using approved marketing materials.
