Fractional Sales Executive – USA (Remote)

Location: Remote (USA-based)

Type: Part-Time / Contract (Fractional)

At HexisLab, we’re redefining skincare through cutting-edge AI, computational biology,

and big data analytics. Our proprietary platform accelerates product innovation for

global beauty, personal care, and pharmaceutical brands. Based in the UK and

expanding globally, we're seeking a Fractional Sales Executive to lead growth efforts

across the North American market.

We’re looking for a dynamic, well-connected sales leader to:

  • Identify and close B2B opportunities with skincare, biotech, and cosmetic brands.
  • Leverage your industry network to drive high-value partnerships.
  • Support the expansion of our AI platform into US-based R&D and innovation teams.
  • Work directly with the CEO and marketing team to shape regional strategy.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in skincare, cosmetics, or life sciences.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, biotech, or AI-driven innovation is a major plus.
  • Strong network in the cosmetics or personal care industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
