Job Description: Sales Executive – Microsoft Dynamics ERP

Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive – Microsoft Dynamics ERP at DynaTech System, you will be crucial in driving our sales pipeline and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2-5 years of experience specifically in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. You will be adept at identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of our Dynamics 365 solutions to help businesses optimize their operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions or similar Microsoft ERP solutions (such as Dynamics AX 2012).

Skills:

  • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and its application in business processes.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools used to track and manage sales pipelines.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attributes:
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and target potential clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or looking for ERP solutions to improve their business operations.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to generate interest and schedule meetings or demos.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective companies.
  • Needs Analysis:
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, aligning Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to address those needs effectively.
  • Product Demonstrations:
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to their specific requirements.
  • Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing and beyond.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
