Accepting candidates that reside in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia and Arizona. OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales productivity goals, developing new markets, attending conferences and other duties as needed to promote Nova’s sales efforts. The Sales Executive must understand Nova products, services, client offerings, and pricing models. They will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to build relationships and be comfortable and confident in conducting meetings with brokers, high level executives and consultants. The Sales Executive will be responsible for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of all RFP responses and oversee the entire sales cycle for their prospects from prospect to close. The Sales Executive will analyze potential client issues and provide a solution to meet their needs.

Hiring Compensation Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually + Sales Incentive
Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.
In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
