Overview

Our client, a national, highly reputable Home Health Care company offers a full suite of private duty and skilled nursing services.is seeking a motivated, proactive, and proven successful outside Sales Executive with experience in the Home Care or similar industry. This position will manage a Nassau County territory. Candidates MUST live in Nassau County, Western Suffolk or Eastern Queens.

• Base salary $80k - $100k plus commission. OTE of $130k
• 401k with company match
• Health insurance
• PTO
• REMOTE 4 days/week (only 1 day in-office)

Responsibilities

• Call on rehab facilities, healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate referrals for both private duty home care and skilled nursing services such as infusion and wound care
• Establish working rapport and business relationships with healthcare professionals
• Seek, develop, and participate in sales opportunities in the community
• Conduct in-home consultations to convert prospects to new clients
• Create and conduct presentations to referral sources
• Meet quarterly sales and revenue goals

Skills

• Proven ability to generate leads and close referred prospects to new clients
• Must be an expert at building, maintaining, and growing relationships with new and existing contacts
• Have knowledge of in-home healthcare
• Proven experience creating a network of referral sources
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Home care and/or assisted living facility sales experience required
