Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with agents and brokers
  • Understand and communicate the company's insurance products and processes
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations
  • Collaborate with Implementation team for onboarding and client transitions
  • Follow up with agents/brokers to promote company services
  • Resolve escalated issues and provide feedback to management
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to success

Qualifications:

  • Life/Health Agent’s License required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum three years’ experience in insurance sales
  • Strong knowledge of group insurance products and industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web browsers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work flexible hours
