Job summary

We Buy Any Car is seeking a Sales Executive in the UK. The role involves buying cars, managing branch operations, and being the main point of contact for customers. Average 42.5 hours per week on a rotating 5-on/2-off schedule, with weekend work.

Excellent bonus scheme and opportunities for progression accompany the base salary of £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120). No prior car knowledge is required as training is provided; enthusiasm, honesty, and service orientation are valued highly.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
