Job summary

We Buy Any Car is seeking a Sales Executive to join our UK network. You will buy cars, manage branch operations, and be the primary contact for customers, aiming to hit appointments and sales targets.

No prior car knowledge is necessary as training will be provided; you’ll work a 42.5-hour week in a rotating 5-on/2-off pattern with weekend shifts and strong bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Salary

£28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Hours

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
