LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Accounting Principals) is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Plano, Texas. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with staffing or recruiting sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about helping businesses solve their hiring challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across the DFW market
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and finance executives
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand client hiring needs
• Sell LHH’s staffing and workforce solutions across accounting, finance, HR, and administrative verticals
• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
• Track and report activity through our CRM to meet/exceed performance metrics
• Act as a brand ambassador for LHH and help drive visibility post-rebrand (from Accounting Principals)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of staffing industry experience in a sales or client-facing role
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business
• Strong communication and presentation skills — in person, over the phone, and via email
• Collaborative mindset with a drive to own and grow your territory
• Familiarity with the DFW business landscape a plus
