An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Captive Sales Executive to drive growth in medical stop-loss captive programs. Our P&C and healthcare insurance benefit products are within verticals where we have deep relationships and endorsements from multiple trade groups and associations. Our ideal prospects and clients are mid-to-upper-middle-market and National account-level businesses. This business development role will have significant interaction with brokers and client C-suites / ownership and must be able to articulate complex concepts to ensure interpretation of self-insurance is treated adequately and appropriate insurance products are presented to the client.
Role Priorities and Responsibilities
Organic growth in Beyond Health and BevCap medical stop-loss captive programs. Sales priorities consist of membership (i.e., employer-sponsored health plans) growth, customer service / relationships, revenue growth through new business development, and high retention.
The Healthcare Captive Sales Executive will drive new business by leveraging existing broker and consultant relationships and identifying and building new relationships with key distribution partners and clients for Beyond Health medical stop-loss captive programs / products. You will contribute by using your sales and market expertise to help shape our product distribution expansion strategies across the United States.
