Job summary

VTrips is seeking an energetic Owner Acquisitions (Sales Executive) to identify and sign new vacation rental property owners in Georgia. You will present offerings, negotiate listings, and nurture long-term owner relationships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia real estate license.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in vacation rental or real estate.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
