VTrips is seeking a driven Sales Executive to acquire new property owners for our vacation rental portfolio. You will identify prospects, present our value, and close listings while building long-term relationships with owners.

You will collaborate with Marketing, stay ahead of market trends, and aim to meet or exceed sales targets. A competitive salary plus commission, plus benefits, supports your success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in vacation rental or real estate.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential property owners for listings.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with property owners to secure new listings.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
