What You Bring to the Table

• A strong understanding of the Hawaii business market and a genuine interest in helping local businesses succeed.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively.
• Confidence working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
