Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager for a busy UK branch. You will lead daily operations, manage car valuations, and ensure outstanding customer service while hitting sales targets.

The role carries a £28,200 per year salary (OTE £35,220) with a strong bonus structure, 42.5 hours per week on a 5-on/2-off rota, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A current UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and build relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and buy cars while ensuring efficient branch operations; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist the transport department as required when not buying cars.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
