Job summary

Zillion Group Solutions in the United States is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to identify and meet customer requirements and support order flow in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities include PO handling, delivery planning, sales reporting, order scheduling, and ERP-based work order releases. Strong communication, problem solving, and ERP familiarity are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electronics; MBA or Business Diploma in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• MCOM degree considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with customers.
• Interacts to obtain POs, reviews PO with planner/engineering team, and sends Acknowledgement and delivery plan.
• Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Schedules Domestic and International orders.
• Manages customer order priority.
• Tracks availability of raw materials and production resources.
• Releases work orders using ERP as per sales orders.

Experience

5 to 15 Years in Electronics Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services
