Job summary

Zillion Group Solutions seeks a production planning professional to coordinate with sales, suppliers, and internal teams to finalize production schedules and ensure timely delivery. You will analyze data on performance and costs, reporting to upper management with improvement ideas.

The role requires 2–8 years in electronics manufacturing, a relevant diploma, and possibly an MBA in inventory or operations. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years in electronics manufacturing.
• Diploma or BE in Electronics or Electrical preferred.
• MBA or business diploma in inventory management or operations.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with sales to determine customer requirements.
• Develops a production plan detailing tasks and deadlines to meet predicted completion date.
• Monitors production and raw material costs.
• Collects and assesses data about production and team performance.
• Prepares reports for upper management and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Liaises with customers, SCM, HR, and maintenance to ensure availability of workers, materials and machinery.
• Monitors New project progress and escalates unresolved issues to management.
• Drafts delivery trend and monthly realistic production target plans and monitors progress.

• Monitors production and raw material costs.
• Collects and assesses data about the production and team's performance
• Prepares reports about production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency
• Liaises with customers, SCM, human resources department, and maintenance employees to ensure all workers, materials, and machinery will be available when required.
• Monitors New project's progress and on time escalation to management for unresolved or pending issues.
• Draft Delivery trend, monthly realistic production target plan and monitor the progress.

Experience

2 to 8 Years in Electronics Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical Preferred MBA or Business Diploma in Inventory management, Operations.
