Upchurch is seeking a Sales Excellence Program Manager to deploy and oversee a company-wide commercial growth program. You will translate priorities into a measurable rollout, build adoption plans, and drive performance visibility across multiple lines of business.

In this role, you will partner with finance, CRM, ERP, and sales leadership to ensure data quality, governance, and durable reporting. Travel up to 25% is expected, with a focus on scalable, repeatable growth across Upchurch’s

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales excellence or enterprise program-lead roles.
• Proven success deploying enterprise programs from design to adoption.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise rollout of the Sales Excellence program with sequenced deployment roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional mobilization across lines of business and define milestones.
• Establish governance and executive-ready operating reviews with transparent follow-through.
• Measure adoption, identify barriers, and drive corrective interventions with business leaders.
• Scale enterprise account management and cross-selling initiatives across Upchurch.
