Qualifications
- 8+ years in sales excellence or enterprise program leadership.
- Track record deploying enterprise programs with governance and milestones.
- Strong executive presence to influence senior leaders.
- Advanced understanding of CRM, backlog, pipeline, and operating metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise rollout of the Sales Excellence program with roadmap and adoption plan.
- Lead cross-functional mobilization across lines of business and define milestones.
- Establish governance and executive-ready reviews with visible actions.
- Drive adoption and performance visibility using CRM, ERP, dashboards.
- Scale enterprise account management and cross-selling across Upchurch.
