Job summary

CORE Foodservice, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a Warehouse/Operations Support professional. You will assist with coordinating major shows, vendor fairs, and related events, confirm participation, and manage product samples, coupons, and POS.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in customer service or sales support, preferably in warehouse/logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong relationship skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer apps.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs; health and safety oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Positive, can-do attitude and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating major shows and vendor fairs; confirm participation.
• Coordinate product allowances, POS, and coupons; arrange samples/equipment.
• Handle food show costs submission to finance; ensure budget alignment.
• Maintain distributor stocking guides and marketing documentation.
• Support sales with flyers and marketing administration; prep for distributor meetings.
• Schedule rooms, vehicles, and assist with shipping/receiving.
• Rotate samples, manage inventory, and ensure safe warehouse access for visitors.
• Prepare orders from stock and label/materials; track deliveries against invoices.
• Maintain calendars and complete required distributor forms.
• Support field teams and keep internal stakeholders informed.
