Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. in Houston is seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator/Coordinator to support our growing sales team. The role involves tracking deficiencies, coordinating quotes, maintaining records in ServiceTrade, and assisting with customer-facing events.

The successful candidate will learn the sales process and may advance to future PMA Sales opportunities. Proven experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in sales administration or coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn and adapt to multiple business software platforms.
• Willingness to assist with events and represent the company professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Assign deficiencies to appropriate sales representatives.
• Follow up with sales reps on outstanding deficiencies awaiting quotes.
• Coordinate timely submission of quotes with sales reps.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and customer interaction records in ServiceTrade.
• Prepare reports and analysis related to sales performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries.
• Plan and organize marketing events, conferences, trade shows, seminars.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, booth setup, materials.
• Log and track opportunities generated from events in the CRM.
• Create on-brand promotional giveaways with the sales/management team.
• Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials and giveaways.
• Provide support for marketing events as needed.
• Learn PMA sales, CRM, and overall sales process.
