As a Sales and Events Assistant at Doggetts Coat and Badge, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in assisting your team to success. What will I be doing?

As a Sales and Events Assistant, you should be passionate, creative, organized, and motivated to help manage the increasing number of weddings and private events.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  1. Managing and responding to incoming enquiries through multiple avenues.
  2. Maintaining constant communication with event organisers throughout the booking process.
  3. Ensuring smooth event operations and effective communication with BOH and FOH teams.
  4. Working towards pre-set sales targets.
  5. Reporting to the General Manager and Regional Business Manager in their absence.
  6. Assisting in the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
  7. Supporting the General Manager in daily business operations, including covering Duty Manager shifts during absences and holidays.
  8. Training and inspiring your team to deliver excellent food, drink, and service.
  9. Leading your team to deliver memorable moments that WOW our guests.
  10. Occasional opening and closing duties.

Experience in managing wedding bookings would be advantageous but is not essential.
