Job summary

PowerGrid Services is seeking a Sales & Estimating Business Analyst to translate commercial processes into effective CRM solutions. You will partner with Sales, Estimating, Finance and Operations, supporting Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Dynamics, estimating workflows, and reporting.

Advanced Excel modeling and data governance will drive pipeline visibility and forecasting. You will define requirements, write user stories, test plans, and coordinate UAT and adoption activities across systems while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in business analysis, CRM, or related consulting.
• Proven ability translating business requirements into application specifications and coordinating cross-functional changes.
• Strong experience with Salesforce and enterprise CRM processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BA for Sales and Estimating application initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze current and future processes for lead, opportunity, data, estimating, and reporting workflows.
• Translate objectives into requirements, user stories, data definitions, and integration needs.
