Job summary

PowerGrid Services is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to partner with Operations, improving field processes through enterprise apps, data, and workflow improvements. The role supports Microsoft Dynamics, Fleetio, telematics, and related systems from requirements through testing and adoption, working with operational stakeholders and using advanced Excel to model data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, field service, operations systems, or related consulting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology changes across distributed operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BA for Operations, field service, Fleet, Safety, and related initiatives.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes for work intake, scheduling, dispatch, work orders, field execution, and reporting.
• Translate operational needs into requirements, data definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional analysis and support design across Dynamics, Fleetio, telematics, and related systems.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes across locations while preserving essential differences.
• Plan pilots, UAT, regression testing, training, and post-go-live adoption.
• Use advanced Excel to transform and model data; build workload and capacity models for leadership.
• Address cross-system issues spanning ERP, field service, fleet, safety, CRM, HR/payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain and prioritize the Operations backlog with value, risk, and readiness considerations.
• Create process docs, training materials, test scenarios, and release communications.
