PowerGrid Services is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead Sales and Estimating initiatives, collaborating with commercial leaders, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and technology teams to align priorities with desired business outcomes.

You will map current and future processes for lead and opportunity management, estimating, pricing, approvals, and workflows, translating objectives into requirements, user stories, data definitions, and measurable success criteria while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Translate commercial objectives into requirements, rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define data definitions, integration needs, and success metrics.
• Plan UAT, regression testing, and release readiness for CRM initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and governance across CRM, estimating, and reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Business Analyst for Sales and Estimating initiatives, partnering with commercial leaders, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and technology teams to understand priorities and desired business outcomes.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes for lead management, opportunity management, account and contact data, estimating, pricing, approvals, proposal workflows, commercial handoffs, and related reporting.
• Translate business objectives into requirements, process flows, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, data definitions, integration requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Perform functional analysis and support solution design across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Dynamics, estimating or quoting applications, and connected field-service, finance, and integration capabilities.
