Synerfac Technical Staffing in Greensboro, NC is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive new business by identifying opportunities, calling prospects, and securing client meetings. You will listen to client needs and offer tailored staffing solutions that align with technical requirements.

This on-site role involves travel to client sites, building rapport, and maximizing earnings through uncapped commissions within a full-time, in-person work environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects
• Listening to the client’s needs and providing a solution
• Securing meetings with prospective clients
• Traveling to new client’s and prospect’s sites
• Handling objections and building rapport with prospects

Projected Earnings:

• Base salary + uncapped earning potential
