Job summary

Staples is seeking a Team Manager, Sales Engineering to lead a high-performing onboarding team for enterprise customers in Framingham. You will drive end-to-end onboarding programs, collaborate with Sales and Business Development, and optimize processes to deliver rapid, measurable value for strategic accounts.

You will coach leaders, manage workload and metrics, and act as a bridge between technical teams and sales to ensure a seamless customer experience while promoting growth and operational

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management or project management.
• Experience onboarding or customer success programs.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience using performance metrics.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop onboarding teams for enterprise customers.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding projects for a consistent customer experience.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development leaders.
• Manage team workload, priorities, and metrics.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Lead change management in go-to-market models.
• Use data to identify trends and coach improvements.
• Design scalable onboarding solutions.
• Balance customer satisfaction with operational efficiency.
