Staples is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to champion customer engagement and lead front-of-store operations. Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching to store team to drive customer service and sales.
• Deliver an exceptional store experience with consultative selling and total solutions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to guide the team in delivering a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties.
• Be available to support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach peers on behaviors to win and deliver results via role play and feedback.
