Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move materials and be on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Lead weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes as needed.
• Remain available and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks with the team.
• Collaborate with the GM on operational tasks.
• Coach peers on customer service behaviors and role play for results.
