Job summary

Sales Engineering Manager role in a metal stamping environment leads a Sales Engineering and Prototype team, combining technical sales support, customer collaboration, prototype development, and team leadership to drive new business and production launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; acceptable technical experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in metal fabrication or stamping.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, CAD, and cost estimating skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales engineering and prototype activities.
• Support customer-facing technical sales initiatives and value engineering efforts.
• Coordinate with business development and operations to improve project execution.
