Respectful Recruiting is assisting a Waukesha County manufacturer in seeking a Project Manager to lead OEM customer initiatives from concept through production launch. This role blends engineering, project management, and customer relations to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

The candidate will establish project frameworks, timelines, and communication protocols while driving continuous improvement in production performance and customer satisfaction across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management within manufacturing/engineering; metal stamping preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent a plus.
• Experience in machining, metalworking, stamping, and tool & die.
• Knowledge of GD&T and SOPs, work instructions, and PM principles.
• Ability to lead teams and train others.

Our client, located in Waukesha County, is a leading manufacturer of prevision metal stampings, specializing in Class A surface components for motorsports, appliance, audio, and other industries. Their products often undergo high-visibility finishing processes, including chrome plating and painting, where flawless appearance is critical.

Position Overview

They are seeking a Project Manager to lead OEM customer initiatives from concept through production launch. This dynamic role integrates engineering expertise, project management capabilities, and customer relationship skills to ensure successful project execution. This Project Manager will be responsible for establishing well-defined project frameworks, timelines, and communication protocols, while driving continuous improvement in production performance and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Metal stamping environment preferred.
• PMP Certification or equivalent a plus.
• Experience in machining, metalworking, stamping, and tool & die.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Familiarity with SOPs, work instructions, and project management principals.
• Ability to lead teams and train others.
