Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Manager of Sales Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing team of Sales Engineers. You will partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations and act as a trusted technical advisor to dental practices.

The role requires deep digital dentistry knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to drive strategy across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role within the dental space.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue through technical sales support.
• Deep understanding of digital dentistry and the dental industry.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align sales strategies with revenue goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Dandy’s product offerings and dental workflows; partner with Enablement for training.
• Continuously evaluate Sales Engineering processes, tools, and best practices.
• Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to prospective practices.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to stay aligned on offerings and market feedback.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct reviews with the team.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital dentistry to guide the team.
