Job summary

Dandy is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and optimization of its practice-facing software as we scale internationally. You will own key tools and workflows that help dental practices run operations smoothly and interact with Dandy’s services.

Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, operations, and sales to build scalable, compliant software that delivers great customer experiences while enabling global expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or practice-facing software.
• Ability to work closely with engineering on system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Customer-obsessed and able to design products for practice owners and staff.
• Cross-functional leadership across business, technical and operational teams.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using performance metrics and data.
• High bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Own the Practice Software Vision & Roadmap – Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Dandy’s practice-facing tools.
• Deliver Seamless Practice Experiences – Build intuitive, user-friendly software that reduces friction for staff.
• Collaborate Across Functions – Align with engineering, design, finance, legal, sales and customer operations.
• Ensure Accuracy & Compliance – Meet tax, healthcare, regulatory and audit standards across geographies.
• Optimize for Growth – Support flexible workflows, new revenue models and international expansion.
• Modernize Our Infrastructure – Evaluate integrations with payment processors, PMS, tax engines, and providers.
• Leverage Data to Improve Systems – Track engagement and metrics to drive outcomes.
