Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years of closing experience.
• Experience in ground-floor AE ownership, expansion sales, or enterprise sales.
• Strong sales acumen with a high close rate and experience navigating complex deals.
• Detail-oriented with strict pipeline management and data discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales motions to expand Dandy’s footprint within DSOs.
• Grow accounts post-MSA expansion by penetrating practices individually or in groups.
• Sell to practices pre-MSA to build grassroots momentum and support corporate negotiations.
• Drive high-conversion sales, onboard clients smoothly, and secure first orders.
• Share practice-level insights with cross-functional teams to inform corporate strategy.
