Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Manager of Dental Sales Engineering to lead a high-performing team of Sales Engineers and partner with Account Executives to drive revenue in the dental industry. You will coach, develop, and empower your team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and become trusted technical advisors to prospective practices.

You'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to stay ahead of dental technology trends, optimize processes, and scale the sales engineering

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role in the dental space.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue through technical sales support.
• Deep understanding of digital dentistry and the dental industry, with ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing talent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers; recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align with revenue goals.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Dandy’s product offerings and dental workflows; develop training programs with Enablement.
• Continuously optimize Sales Engineering processes, tools, and best practices.
• Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to prospective practices to articulate Dandy's value.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to stay ahead of offerings and feedback.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct reviews, and implement improvements when needed.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital dentistry and guide the team's strategic direction.
